1. Monthly Membership Fee

   - The monthly membership fee for our ad management services is $650.

   - This fee will be automatically charged to your account each month unless you provide written notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle.

 

2. Ad Spend

   - The $650 monthly fee does not include any ad spend. Clients are responsible for budgeting and managing their own advertising expenses.

 

3. Ad Material Provision

   - Clients must provide all necessary ad materials, including images, graphics, and text. 

   - If you need ad materials such as pictures, graphics, copy, or videos to be created by our team, these will incur additional charges. Please ask for pricing.

 

4. No Guaranteed Results

   - While we strive to deliver exceptional ad management services, we do not guarantee specific results. Our team of experts will leverage their industry expertise to ensure quality management and provide professional advice tailored to your needs.

 

5. Communication

   - Clients are encouraged to communicate regularly with our team to discuss strategies, progress, and any changes required. We recommend scheduling at least one monthly check-in to review performance.

 

6. Reporting

   - Monthly performance reports will be provided to summarize ad performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies. Reports will be delivered within the first week of each month.

 

7. Modifications to Services

   - Any changes to the scope of services or additional requests must be communicated in writing and may incur additional fees. We will provide a quote for any extra services before proceeding.

 

8. Confidentiality

   - We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All client information and ad materials will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

 

9. Termination and Refunds

   - Clients may terminate their membership by providing written notice at before next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

 

10. Liability Limitation

   - Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in the month preceding the claim.
