MUSIC SCHOOL MONTHLY LICENSING AD PROGRAM AGREEMENT

 

 

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Licensee subscribes to a month-to-month advertising program, receiving video and marketing materials for promotional use per the selected tier below.

 

 

2. BILLING POLICY

  • Membership is automatically billed on the 1st of each month based on the selected tier.

  • Billing is month-to-month, with no long-term commitment.

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 

 

3. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued at any time.

 

 

4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • All creative content will be delivered by the 15th of each month, to be used for the following month’s marketing.

  • Any custom materials must be submitted by the 10th of the month to allow time for integration into that month’s content.(ULTIMATE TIER)

 

 

5. TIERED MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

STARTER TIER– $299/month

  • 1 Call-To-Action (CTA) Video Ad

  • 1 Hollywood-Style Ad

  • Ad Copy

  • 8-Mile Radius Ad Block

  • Additional Locations: $100 per location

PRO TIER– $369/month

  • 1 CTA Video Ad

  • 2 Versions of Hollywood-Style Ad

  • Ad Copy with 3 Variations

  • 3 Stills for Ads

  • 15-Mile Radius Ad Block

  • Additional Locations: $100 per location

ULTIMATE TIER– $439/month

  • Company Logo + End Credit with Deal/Contact Info

  • 1 CTA Video Ad

  • 2 Versions of Hollywood-Style Ad

  • Ad Copy with 3 Variations

  • 3 Stills for Ads

  • 15-Mile Radius Ad Block

  • Additional Locations: $150 per location

 

 

6. VIDEO & CONTENT POLICY

  • All videos will be delivered in a format optimized for web use (e.g., social media and digital ads).

  • Licensee may not alter, screen record, edit, or redistribute any delivered content.

  • Content is only for internal use by Licensee’s designated marketing staff for advertising the licensed music school.

 

 

7. USAGE & ONLINE AD POLICY

  • Licensee may use the content only on official social media channels directly related to the licensed music school.

  • Content may not be posted on personal social media accounts or used for unrelated businesses.

  • If a Licensee operates multiple locations, a separate license must be purchased for each.

  • Licensees may continue using previously delivered content as long as they maintain an active subscription.

 

 

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel, Licensee must notify Licensor prior to the 1st of the next month.

  • Cancellations after renewal will be effective the following month. No exceptions or refunds.

 

 

9. RESULTS POLICY

While Licensor provides advertising content and guidance, results depend on the Licensee’s implementation and marketing efforts. Licensor does not guarantee specific results.

 

 

10. LICENSING & COPYRIGHT

  • All content remains the intellectual property of Licensor and is protected under copyright law.

  • Licensee receives a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for promotional purposes of the licensed music school only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

 

 

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
